Blake Rapid Construction

The Blake Rapid construction method secures the sole using a double-stitch technique:
• An internal Blake stitch
• An external Rapid stitch

Named after the machines used by expert artisans, this construction offers exceptional durability and long-lasting wear. It also allows the shoes to be easily resoled by your local cobbler, extending their life even further.

The process begins with careful leather selection. Once the finest section is chosen, the artisan cuts and shapes it around the last to form the upper. The leather is delicately hammered to smooth seams and soften areas that touch the foot. The upper is then glued to the insole and attached to the midsole with a precise Blake stitch, followed by a Rapid stitch to secure the outsole.

Leather Sole

The pure leather sole is expertly finished with smoothed, polished, and brushed edges. This traditional technique requires craftsmanship, patience, and attention to detail, resulting in a sole that is both elegant and durable.
